STEM & Space

STEM Research & Innovation (SRI) is set up with an objective of creating a platform for young generation to understand and experience the 21st century domains. SRI organises astronomy & space focused academic program through virtual and offline experiences to educate, encourage and inspire the young generation. In order to meet the objectives, SRI works with Ennovatrix Solutions to reach out to schools and Students in the ME region. Our role is to provide sales & operation expertise at region/country level.

From STEM & Space we have following propositions for the educational institutions and Students.

Cosmic Jaunt-CJ : is the India’s largest camp focussed on astronomy. CJ can be conducted during summer/winter or any holiday or school breaks.

Cosmic Kids Club (CKC): CKC will have the series of STEM Integrated & theme-based astronomy & space focused modules. CKC and the conduction is conceptualised and designed to provide deeper understanding of the concepts through structured and well-defined curriculum. The program delivery would be completely online and through world class learning platform. CKC is available for participation through schools and directly.

National Astronomy Challenge (NAC): NAC is the largest and biggest astronomy challenge in India, focussing on creating awareness and nurturing the talent in the area of astronomy & space. NAC provides a life time opportunity for the participants to compete for the best and get recognised. Ennovatrix as outreach partner of SRI, successfully conducted the NAC in 2020/21 for over 500 students from ME region from more than 20 schools.

STEM & Space Experiences/Classroom workshops:SRI do undertake the offline workshops for the schools and periodically organise workshops for communities too. These workshops are conceptualised and developed, keep in event in focus, like eclipse ,EarthKam ( With support of NASA) etc. We have also have repository of astronomy or space focussed workshops which can be organised for schools or communities at short notice.

International Projects or events : One of the biggest and month-long project that SRI run is known as “International Asteroid Search Campaign” ,where in we train students on data visualisation software and handhold them for one month to search the objects coming near to earth through the images shared by NASA. If project done well by the students, they get a certification from NASA for their contribution. This certification holds very strong value when it comes to students applying for international colleges for higher studies. We have engaged successfully over 100 students from ME region for IADP being conducted for year 2021.
